Defenseless and doomed when compared to their agility

Covered with razor sharp needles, body hard as steel
An exoskeleton for their defense, impenetrable shield

Defenses are to slow, their numbers are too great
Reproducing in a fraction of the time we breed.

Humans overthrown, extermination alas the time has come
